"If you're staying at the Albus hotel you should definitely try this. They offer several prix fix menus with a lot of amuse bouche included. The wine pairings were a very good deal. They have an excellent wine list. Service is very good. Wait staff is experienced and knowledgeable."

"We were able to enjoy lunch here and it was by far one of the best culinary experiences we have ever encountered. The person who was our personal guide to the aperitifs, wines and dessert drinks was not only an amazing sommelier but also very knowledgeable in our foods. Do not hesitate to do the 3, 4 or 5-course “all-in” menus - you will not be disappointed and you will walk out with the most superior meal you have ever traveled upon - because it is a journey."

"We found this restaurant on TripAdvisor, while looking for places near our hotel. How lucky we are to have spent an evening here. The staff is lovely, informed and engaging. The sommelier was knowledgeable and interesting to speak with. We had the full tasting menu and my husband enjoyed the wine pairings. All was exquisite. The courses were, of course, delicious. Fresh and innovative, a blending of taste and textures we enjoyed immensely. A must if you are ready for a fabulous splurge in Amsterdam"
