"We had a truly memorable dinner with the family. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and the service absolutely flawless. The chef took the time to personally explain the inspiration and delicate details behind each dish. The cuisine was refined, incredibly light, and full of subtle, well-thought-out flavor combinations. You could really SENSE the care and creativity in each plate. All of this at a very reasonable price. A fantastic culinary discovery, we will definitely be back!"

"This was a special meal to celebrate the start of our European vacation. It was truly a celebration and a great experience! We shared two three course tasting menus and two six course tasting menus. One was vegetarian and was really special. All of the food was prepared beautifully and was delicious. We also did wine pairings. It was an extravagance that was well worth it."

"What a lovely meal! From start to finish, the entire experience was impeccable. Senses is a small venue with a plant / fish forward low dairy menu but you would never know - because the food is wonderful. The use of radish, leeks, and white asparagus were amazing considering that I don’t have huge vegetable palate. The rhubarb dessert was divine. The wine menu paired perfectly with the meal and the chef himself would come bring us and explain many dishes. Most if not all items are sourced locally and from Spain (all driven then biked, not via plane). Overall a lovely evening of fine dining. Despite the plethora of dining options in Amsterdam, i will be coming back to Senses the next time i return!"
