"We had an amazing time at senses! The food was incredible and the service was on point. The atmosphere was intimate and made you connect with the staff and the one you were sharing the experience with! If you are looking for a place where the food is outstanding and high quality this is the place to go! You could see in the servings that the chef had thought everything trough down to the last detail! I am very impressed by the waiters and this restaurant! I will come back the next time I visit Amsterdam."

"Fabulous from start to finish, food, service, wine all superb. We booked the full senses experience and I let them know it was a surprise for my partners birthday. The team are very friendly and informative all courses and extras were amazing. We did not feel rushed as we have on other tasting experiences. Wines were topped up frequently too which is rare. Highly recommended. It was our servers last day and I am sure she will be missed. The signature langoustine was incredible as were the two new additions to the menu."

"Senses offers everything that's great about a restaurant which is destined to receive a Michelin star but doesn't yet have one. No complacency, no snooty service, no crazy prices - instead just stunningly excellent cooking and attentive care from a small but well-trained and well-informed team. Vastly better, as well as vastly more economical, than the genuinely Michelin-starred dinner which I had elsewhere the following evening. The 4-course dinner left us satisfied, and the option of "half" wine pairings was particularly appreciated. Had I been told that this was a (kind of) Asian fusion restaurant before booking I would probably not have gone, but then I would have missed out on the outstanding things that are being achieved here. A truly excellent dinner and the highlight of my visit to Amsterdam. Well, after the Vermeer exhibition perhaps..."

"I had an excellent dining experience at Senses. I had the 4-course with the wine pairing. All the dishes had an Asian influence and I was really surprised with the delicious outcome. The service was one of the best I got at a Michelin start restaurant. Everyone that came to my table were super professional with a smile. The Sommelier was great and provided interesting/ relevant information on the wines selected."
