With the opening of the Senses restaurant in 2010, owner Taco van der Meer had the ambition to establish a restaurant where guests are offered an unforgettable culinary experience at an affordable price. In addition to a culinary experience, Senses provides a podium for up-and-coming young talent. Talent that is able to distinguish itself in innovating ideas, creativity and professionalism. After 16 years of experience at a variety of restaurants in Amsterdam Lars has been able to make his mark with creative cooking techniques and 'plating skills'. This gave cause to introduce 'Senses by Lars Bertelsen' per the 1st of January.
