Successful collaboration between top chefs Lars Bertelsen and Renaud Goigoux at Restaurant Bakboord

On March 26 and 27, 2025, a unique culinary collaboration took place at Restaurant Bakboord between two top chefs: Lars Bertelsen, former chef of Senses and now head chef at Bakboord, and Renaud Goigoux, the current chef at Senses Restaurant.
