We are looking for a Chef de Partie who shares our passion for gastronomy and wants to grow within an ambitious and creative kitchen team.

Your Role

As Chef de Partie, you are responsible for your own section in the kitchen and play a key role in delivering dishes of the highest quality. Together with the Head Chef and the rest of the team, you contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Preparing and presenting dishes at a fine dining level.
  • Managing your section independently, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop and refine seasonal menus.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Coaching and supporting commis chefs and trainees.
  • Working closely with the service team to ensure a smooth and exceptional guest experience.

What We Expect From You

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong technical skills and a passion for creative gastronomy.
  • A positive, energetic and professional attitude.
  • Team player with good communication skills in English.
  • Living in or near the Amsterdam area.
  • Flexible and eager to learn and grow.
