Not spring sweet but spring salt
Now that we have finally arrived in spring, the warmth allows us to cook lighter, and this simple salt recipe comes in handy. Prepare your meat or fish with this fresh spring salt, sprinkle your salad or use it as a dip next to a delicious olive oil.
250 grams of flake salt or coarse salt
65 grams of sugar
1/2 lemon grater
1/5 lime zest
1/2 orange grater
2 grams of thyme
a small clove of garlic
Blanch the garlic, let it cool and turn everything together in the mixer. Let it dry uncovered for one day and ready to use. Enjoy on top of fish, meat, or amazing fresh spring vegetables.
