Ingredients: 2 Liter yogurt | 0.5 liter whipped cream
Additions dessert variant: Sugar to taste and a teaspoon of vanilla
Let yogurt drain in a cheese-cloth for at least 8 hours. Place a tea towel in a colander and pour the yogurt in it, place a container under it and let it drain in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Beat the whipped cream and mix with the yogurt. Use the curd as a garnish with the dish.
Add vanilla and sugar to taste and the curd is ready. Spoon into a nice bowl and add fruit as desired.
