New spring menu

The new menu is inspired by spring and is full of worldly influences from France, Italy and Asia. We work with exciting, international ingredients that are locally in season.
The menu is slightly smaller so the chefs have more time to apply multiple techniques and methods of preparation per dish. Our guests enjoy an even tastier and more beautiful result!
Chef's tip: Try the Tartar Stroganoff with enoki. It is put on fire when served.
